BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – PET FOOD & CARE INDUSTRY

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Market Expansion (Main focus)
  • Develop and coordinate new business opportunities in both domestic and global markets.
  • Identify, approach, and build long-term partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Proactively explore new application areas and market segments to expand VNF’s pet business.
  1. Product & Application Development
  • Identify market-driven opportunities for new product development.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and technical teams to design, validate, and optimize pet product applications.
  • Translate scientific insights and testing results into actionable commercial proposals and product positioning strategies.
  • Support pilot trials and product demonstrations with customers or partners to ensure successful implementation.
  1. Market Intelligence & Marketing Execution
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitors to inform business strategy.
  • Develop clear, compelling marketing materials and presentations that communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and promotional campaigns to drive market visibility.
  1. Others
  • Support internal knowledge sharing, reporting, and training activities as required.

III. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

A. Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities in one of the following:
    • Technical background: Veterinary, Biotechnology, Food/Animal Science, or related majors, with a career direction in business and industry.
    • Business background: Business, Economics, or Marketing, with willingness and ability to learn technical knowledge.
  • Experience:
    • Prefer candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience (in Business Development, Technical roles)
    • Fresh graduates with strong relevant experience, learning attitude, and high potential are also encouraged to apply.

B. Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to engage in sales and client-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time & task management; able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, responsible, and adaptable team player.
  • Fluent in English (minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
